SkyLofts at Goodyear is the answer to a market reality. The established Phoenix-area airports are full. Owners and flight departments deserve a premium home base built around them — not a spot on a list at a congested field.
We're building that: a boutique campus in the right metro, at the right airport, with the right operating mindset. A place that feels like a home base from the day you sign, and only gets better as the campus fills in around you.

SkyLofts at Goodyear is the work of a group of aviation, real estate, and operations professionals who came together specifically for this project. We've spent years in flight departments, on ramps, and inside hangar businesses across the Southwest. We know what Phoenix-area airports offer — and where the gaps are. SkyLofts is what we'd want as owners and operators ourselves.
The Campus
A two-phase campus on 33 acres.
The campus is planned as 38 standardized 100′ × 125′ executive hangars on a 33-acre parcel at Phoenix Goodyear Airport. Standardizing the hangar product keeps quality consistent and the buildout repeatable, while leaving each tenant full freedom to customize the interior to their tier and preferences.
The project will be delivered in two phases, with a front-entry building housing campus offices, tenant lounge, and shared support facilities. The phased approach lets us bring tenants on board in waves and let the campus mature deliberately — not all at once.

The SkyLofts Experience.
Buildings can be copied. Service cannot. The SkyLofts Experience is the proper-noun service standard that runs through every part of the campus — arrival and departure, concierge and lifestyle, crew and guest comfort, security, community, and flexibility on terms.
On-site staff anticipate, coordinate, and take care of the details that make a hangar feel like a home base rather than a warehouse. That difference — felt every time you arrive — is what earns the name.
